Pre-book Online

You can pre-book your unit for assessment to speed up your waiting time. Sign in or Register, complete the form and receive a barcode via email.
Present your barcode to the service desk when booking in your equipment.

Walk-in Centres

You can bring your faulty unit into any of our branches directly.

We have branches across all of South Africa.

Log a collection

You can log a collection request at a fee, for us to come to your door and fetch your faulty unit.

We will transport your equipment to the nearer branch. To log a collection request, please click here.

What Do You Require To Book Your Faulty Unit In:

When booking your faulty unit in for assessment, ensure the AC adapter, cartridges and any other accessories are provided along with the unit.

How It works

  • Log your job by clicking the button below.
  • Fill in the form and let us know the issue and what parts you need. We will quote you.
  • Once quote is accepted and paid, parts are ordered.
  • Keep the unit while parts are on order. You can track your order. 
  • Bring your unit in when parts arrive. Repaired within 24/48 hours

No Diagnosis Charges apply if you decide not to go ahead with the quote.
