PartServe is the only Zebra Independent Service Provider in Africa.
Zebra's warranty in South Africa includes the following
· Carry in Zebra Label, Mobile and card Printer Repairs
PartServe offers carry in services from each of its 5 branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein
· Zebracare management and fulfilment
Zebracare is Zebra's extended warranty offering
There are many options available these include
extended warranty from 1 year to as much as 5 years on some products
Improved Turn around times from 5 day to same day exchange
PartServe manages and fulfils the services offered under the Zebracare program. This is all controlled centrally through the Zebra helpdesk at PartServe by serial number tracking.

PartServe offers a Zebra technical helpdesk which receives calls from end users and dealers who are in need of technical support. This includes installation problems or troubleshooting should the customer have a problem
If the problem can not be resolved telephonically the customer will be referred to the closest warranty centre.
· Zebra Spare parts procurement, warehousing and distribution
PartServe handles all procurement, warehousing and logistics of Zebra spare parts in Southern Africa.
All parts are ordered and held based on a 6 month average consumption. PartServe aims to hold 3 months worth of stock.
PartServe also handles all out of warranty sales of sapre parts to the Zebra partner base.
· Zebra Accredited Training
PartServe offers super user training courses to all Zebra partners as well as the general dealer market.
Technical training is done for certain partners only with authorisation of Zebra
This includes training on both label, mobile, card and kiosk printers
All delegates are officially certified by Zebra upon completion of the Zebra training exam
