NEC Display Solutions Europe appoints PartServe as its service partner

6 March 2012

NEC Display Solutions Europe has appointed PartServe Channel Support at its local Authorised Service Centre (ASC) for all NEC Display Solutions Europe's displays and projectors. PartServe will carry a full range of spare parts to support NEC projectors and large-screen LCDs.
PartServe Channel Support director Lee Bowes says it is a huge honour to be appointed by one of the world's foremost display solution companies. “NEC Display Solutions offers such a comprehensive and solution-oriented portfolio. We are excited to have this relationship; it is proof that PartServe is fast becoming a service provider for southern Africa.”
NEC Display Solutions Europe is a preferred supplier to corporate and government customers globally and values its relationship with its customers; it constantly strives to provide the level of service and support that is expected of an industry leader. Through its out-of-warranty service, NEC continues to service its products through PartServe, even after the industry leading standard three-year parts and labour warranty expires.“NEC Display Solutions Europe is following this basic service strategy in having an independent Authorised Service Centre (ASC) per country, to serve all our distributors and solution integrators in the same manner,” says Franz Eisert, NEC Display Solutions Europe Service Coordinator.

“We appointed PartServe because of their experience in projector and display repairs and their independency. More importantly, they came highly recommended by our distributors and solution integrators,” he concludes.

PartServe will now offer an NEC service at all its branches throughout South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Nelspruit.
